Offline1) We do get few reports on and off. May be try again and let me know if it doesn't work. Comments have been made mandatory so make sure you enter them
2) Multisite installations are having a bug where the full backup is taken by the server but the panel couldn't fetch it. We should be fixing it soon.
3) The hosting guy should fix it.
4) It would be in your WP folder under wp-content/infinitewp/backups

OfflineEnglish is not my native language… Something got lost on translation
But, answering my own question:
the backup starts at WP root folder /public_html/site/WP-FILES
- even if the site runs in the domain root level
The following is not related to this case, but worth noting:
One thing that BackupBuddy fails to do (in the current version – it is said to be ok in the next)
- if wp-config.php is out of the public directory, it doesn't grab it
- e.g.: /home/user/wp-config.php – and /home/user/public_html/WP-FILES

OfflineI missed one error_log:

1) "Send report" not sending emails
2) In a Multisite installation (main site)
– - Did a full backup but didn't show on the Backup Page.
– - Did a 2nd one (only DB), showed up but 1st disappeared.
– - Did a 3rd one (full) and it is in the backup folder, as well as the 2nd. But only 2nd shows up in the page
3) One site hosted in a shady company is reporting "Try to enable MySQL dump on your server". I guess this one is only solvable through host support. Can't see nothing in CPanel to change this config. Any workarounds?
4) While a full documentation is not ready: if WP is installed in a folder, but running at the root, what is the backup initial folder?
Thanks,
