Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your license purchases. That is why we have a 14-day refund window. In the unlikely event of our products not being satisfactory to your needs, you can request a full refund. Please specify the order number of the purchase you want refunded. We would have sent you a mail after your purchase that will contain the order number.
If you are facing any issues with the product, we would appreciate you giving us an opportunity to make it work for you. Please check our support system first and if you do not find a solution, create a support ticket. We will try to resolve your issue. If we are not able to resolve it for you, we will process your refund, irrespective of the time taken by our attempt to fix it.
Please note that refund requests will definitely not be entertained after the 14-day window.
