You can add similar sites to a group and can perform operations one all of them simultaneously. For eg., before installing a plugin, you can just select the group rather than selecting the individual sites.
Group management
Open the Group management panel by clicking on the Manage groups icon below the site list.
Create new group
To create a new group,
- Enter the new group name
- Click Create
- Hit Save Changes
Adding/Removing sites from groups
To add sites to a group,
- Select the group to which you want to add the sites.
- With the group selected, select the sites that you want to add to the group.
- Hit Save Changes
Similarly, to remove sites from a group,
- Select the group from which you want to remove the sites.
- With the group selected, deselect the sites which you want to remove from the group.
- Hit Save Changes
The number of sites in each group is displayed near the group name.
Renaming a group
To rename a group,
- Hover over the group name that you want to rename.
- Click on the Rename icon
- Enter the new group name
- Hit Save Changes
Deleting a group
To delete a group,
- Hover over the group name that you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete icon
- Click Yes to confirm
- Hit Save Changes
